Dainty Drop Earrings birthstone crystal gems

I was given the Dainty Birthstone CZ Initial Bracelet in turquoise for my 60th birthday in December. I have worn it ever since and wanted a necklace and earrings to match. I ordered both items but unfortunately when they arrived, the stone colour didn't match (blue topaz not turquoise). I contacted Diane who immediately said she would exchange the items and send a returns envelope all free of charge. I've received the necklace and earrings (delicate, well made and very pretty) and I'm over the moon, not just with the beautiful jewellery but with Diane's generosity and brilliant customer service all in less than a week.
